Doo-des and Doo-desses. Anima-STATION, the all toon all the time channel is doing a marathon of my favourite show, OMNI MEGA GLOBAL #1 COP FORCE FIVE. It’s got giant robots, zombies, and space babes. It’s totally Japanese, makes almost no sense and is awesome. And, you know you have to watch all weekend long. ‘Cause they’re gonna give clues to unlock secret bonus levels in the game. I heard you actually get to fight an army of zombie senators bent on destroying everything cool and fun like video games and comic books. Plus, when you play the game of the same toon you are watching it’s like almost bein’ on the show yourself.

It was going to be the perfect weekend. Dr. Mom and Lady Doom were off to see Aunty Olive in Beaver Tail Falls. So I volunteered C2 to help Dad test out his new Gutter-Tron 3000 on the fall leaves. The contraption is supposed to reconstitute the leaves into a maple flavoured breakfast bar. With 16 hours of toons and games ahead of me it was going to be a great weekend. Until, C2 got a little carried away with the Gutter-Tron 3000 and took out the cable. It happened just as they were giving out the secret level clue. NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! All I was left with was snow and a televised perogie festival. What have I done to deserve this?
